How should I store my Awfully Chocolate cake?
To maintain the rich texture and moisture, our chocolate cakes should be kept refrigerated at 4°C. We recommend taking the cake out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving to enjoy it at its best consistency.
Do you offer same-day delivery for cake orders?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected items if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. However, for our signature whole cakes, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Are your chocolate products suitable for vegetarians or those with allergies?
Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians as they do not contain gelatin. However, our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, soy, dairy, and wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen details.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find an option to include a complimentary gift card. You can type your personalized message there, and we will hand-write it for a special touch.
What is your refund policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
How are the cakes transported to ensure they stay fresh?
All our deliveries are made via temperature-controlled vehicles. Our cakes are securely packaged in insulated boxes with cold packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, even in humid weather.
